As for your article, I do agree that science has really developed in this area. (I also think of the pet food scandal as well as the spinach e-coli poisoning in California that happened a little while back, how particular factories can be ID'ed) The tough part is this: even if its the Chinese factory, the FDA never got around to an inspection. If it did, then this factory would arguably never have touched heparin, so its hard to pin blame. (unless the Chinese factory is not to blame and the FDA and/or Baxter didn't adequately test the drug, then its clearly on the FDA) Tom IP Dragon:
